He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Traylor Harter; his children, Kim Hunt (Alan) of Greensboro, Amy Kucera (Jeremy) of Marquette, Nebraska, John Harter of Atchison, Jim Harter (RaLinda) of Ashland and Chris Harter (Shaunna) of Victoria, Texas; his sister Sharon Nunnenkamp (Bob); his grandchildren, Alex Harter, Joe Harter (Cera), Sam Harter, Andrew Hunt (Zoe), Alison Rivers (Kyle), Lela Harter, Frankie Harter, Cameron Golter, Jared West, Dylan Kucera and Jacob Kucera; and his great grandchildren, Maddie Harter and Jack Rivers.
