He is survived by: his wife Casie Brandon-Garcia; his parents, Sandra Rodriguez-Kelley and Louis Garcia; his daughters, Eleana and Aliyah Garcia; his stepchildren, Cesar, Areli, Vanessa, Andrew and Gilbert; his siblings, Lee Garcia, Austin Kelley and De'andra Delgado; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Virginia Brandon. He is also survived by 12 nephews and nieces, 5 great nephews and nieces.
