He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Norwood Tarver and Lula Mae Yendry Tarver. He is survived by: his wife Vera L Tarver; his children, Freddie Norwood Tarver, II and Lynette L. Goldman; his grandchildren, Dylan Tarver, Drake Tarver, Ashlyn Goldman and Matthew Goldman; and his great grandchildren, Whitley Lyn Goldman and Kerry Grace Goldman.
