He was predeceased by: his father Eugene A. Storz; his wife Martha Storz; and his brothers, George Storz and David Storz. He is survived by: his children, Jerry W. Storz (Natalie), Lesa A, Janica (Jon Travis) and Donna Sue Wells (Robert); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Ellis, Heather Jennings, Clarissa Langdon, Jock Powers, Sarah Hudson, Diana Kelley, Traci Vance and William Wells. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Frank's name to First Baptist Church of Edna, P.O. Box 417, Edna, Texas 77957.
