He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Delaney Etlinger. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gabrysch Etlinger; his children, Renee Etlinger Lopez, Deborah Lynn Waits and Richard Scott Etlinger (Melissa); his sister Billie Popp; his grandchild Mallory Crabb; his husband Jess; his great grandchildren, Megan Parker (Cody), Lexi Parker, Nolan Boudreau, Logan Boudreau, Lynlee Hufford and Callen Hufford; his father Michael Petering; and also, Melissa Boudreau (Aaron), Ashlyn Mellors, Ava Etlinger, Zachary Waits and Janelle Hufford (Brad). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
