Dorothy Koop Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Koop of Edna, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tena Hoffman Jacobs and J. A. Jacobs; her husband Ewald Koop; her son Larry Koop; her brother J. C. "Bub" Jacobs; her grandchildren, Stephanie Lambert and Ryan Koop; and her great grandchild Granger Koop.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Land (Kenneth) and Charley "Wayne" Koop (Linda); her daughter-in-law Connie Koop; her grandchildren, Mike Smith (Skye), Jamie Kinsfather (Chad), Dustin Smith (Krista), Clayton Koop (Monica), Chad Land (Jamie) and Amber Robles (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Colt Lambert, Caroline "Cricket" Lambert, Conner Sanders, Demi Lambert, Skylar Land, Gwyneth Kinsfather, Cameryn Robles, Croix Smith, Landon Smith, Charley Kinsfather, Calla Smith, Lexi Smith, Saylor Koop, Mike Freeze and Joshua Goble.
