He is survived by: his wife Kim Ruppert Whittley; his sons, Shane Whittley (Brandy), Buck Whittley (Erin) and Nathan Whittley (Megan); his grandchildren, Brynlee Whittley, Conner Whittley, Kaybree Whittley, Kyla Whittley, Clayton Whittley and Katelynn Whittley; and his siblings, Debbie Koudela (Michael), Ray Whittley (Lynn) and Bobby Whittley (Sheila). He is also survived by his kids and grandkids; he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.
