She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Olsovsky and Evelyn Volek Olsovsky; her husband Paul Jesse Smith; and her brother Richard Olsovsky. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra Geisler, Peggy Talley, Darrell Olsovsky and Randy Olsovsky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
