He was predeceased by: his parents, John Muschalek and Victoria Jendrzey Muschalek; and his siblings, Dorothy Susil, Elizabeth Boyd, Anne Stowe, Frank Muschalek, Louis Muschalek, Paul Muschalek, Martin Muschalek and Dennis Muschalek.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Muschalek; his children, Gaylynn Muschalek Lambert (Jon) of Edna, Texas and Chris Muschalek of Austin, Texas; and his sisters, Marie Jones of Victoria and Jeannie Smiga of Inez, Texas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
