He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Sheblak and Annie Sheblak; his brother Robert Sheblak; his sister-in-law Theresa Sheblak; and his son-in-law Leo Moczygemba.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, David Sheblak (Dawn), Virginia Hlavaty (Nathan), Jeanette Moczygemba, James Sheblak (Jamie) and Kathleen Rigney (Donald); his grandchildren, Caleb Sheblak, Dakota Sheblak, Aaron Hlavaty (Moriah), Hannah Horanyi (Laszlo), Christopher Winn (Crystal), Anthony Winn (Jillian), Matthew Winn (Emmalene), Kelly Sue Juge (Benjamin), Katherine Sheblak (Nicholas), Benjamin Sheblak, Krystal Matthews (Edward), Jonathon Rosenauer (Taylor) and Joseph Rosenauer; his great grandchildren, Lily, Sophie, Bradley, Faye, Blake, Asher, Everett, Parker, Nathaniel, Mickael, Theodore, Jetlin, Wesley and Walker; his siblings, Ted Sheblak (Claudia), Gene Sheblak and Sister Mary Virginia Sheblak; and his sister-in-law Jennie Sheblak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
