She was predeceased by: her husband Fred J. Hubenak; her parents, Charles Edward Mabry and Hazel Ruth Caddess-Mabry; her grandparents, George, Cora Mabry, Jessie and Ada Elizabeth Hadley-Caddess; and her siblings, Evelyn Groth, Benny Joe Yendrey, Jamie Yendrey and Jimmy Yendrey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianna M. Hubenak and Donna M. Coleman of Edna; her adoptive daughter Tracy Y. Braun; her sons, Ronnie W. Hubenak (Leslie Hubenak) and Mark D. Hubenak; her grandchildren, Justin Williams, James Dean Coleman, John Dale Braun, Steven Ward, Chris Ward and Heather Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Megan Williams, Morgan Williams, Brock Hawkins and Brynlee Hawkins; and her siblings, Eddie Ruth Tumlinson (Joe), Freddie Mabry (Trudy), Lynette Supak (Ronnie), Willie Yendrey (Dodie) and Joni Huckabay (Denton).
