He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wagstaff Kubenka; his children, Tammy Mabry (Terry), Debbie Hamilton, Lionel Kubenka (Jeanie), Cherie Coufal (Emmett) and Stuart Kubenka (Tammy); his sisters, Virginia Gerald and Lony Popp; his grandchildren, Larissa Gilbert, Crystal Hamilton, Amanda Hamilton, Garrett Mabry, Heather Edwards, Kelsea Balizan, Blayke Kubenka and Quinton Kubenka; his stepgrandchildren, Mitchell Williams, Meagan Williams and Jeff Coufal; and his great grandchildren, Kaela Gilbert, Morgan Gilbert, Gavin Hamilton, Keelan Hamilton, Courtlyn Hamilton, Boyd Mabry, Holton Mabry, Cooper Mabry, Karlee Brown, Haylee Balizan, Hayden Balizan, Cadie Kubenka, Harley Kubenka, Kash Kubenka, Craegen Edwards and Amaurie Edwards. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
