He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Joseph Randall and Bessie Lee Singleton Randall; his sisters, Dorothy Bass and Joan Crisp; his wife Edna Lea Randall; and his son Albert Lacy Randall.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Blank, Charles Randall, Richard Randall and Robinel Alvarado; and his sister LaVerne Todd. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
