She was predeceased by: her brother Juan Manuel Bargas. She is survived by: her parents, Juan Bargas, Jr. and Maria Guadalupe Guerrero-Bargas; her sons, Juan Manuel Benavides and Jasper Cruz Benavides; and her sister Sofia Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home (322 E Kuhn St, Edinburg, TX 78541). A rosary was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
