She was predeceased by: her husband Lorenzo Alcala; her children, Damiana Martinez, Jose Alcala, Esteban Alcala and Margarita Tolkitt; her parents, Jose Roman and Maria De Jesus Quezada; and her siblings, Guadalupe, Manuel and Jose Roman.
She is survived by: her children, Angelita Alcala, Alberto Alcala, Elizabeth A. Garcia (Oscar), Ester Alcala, Lorenzo Alcala, Jr., Marcos Alcala (Angie), Maria Magdalena Villarreal (Noe), Abigail Moreno (Ralph), Hilda Colesberry (Tom) and Yolanda Del Bosque (Ruben). She is also survived by several grandchildren, and numerous, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at 2119 E Monte Cristo Rd, Edinburg, TX 78542. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Paz Cemetery.
