He is survived by: his parents, Martin Cerda Cardona and Hermelinda Gaona; his wife Rosa Maria Murillo Cerda; his children, Rolando Cerda Jr., Rosalinda Cerda, Alexandra Cerda, Elizabeth Cerda and Matthew Israel Cerda; and his siblings, Graciela Silva, Luis Cerda and Jose Geraldo Cerda. He is also survived by family and close friends.
