He was predeceased by: his parents, Basilio Castillo and Virginia Castillo. He is survived by: his wife Elvia Castillo; his children, Claudia Castillo, Adrian Castillo and Claritza A. Castillo; and his sisters, Gloria Vaughn, Grace McGill and Virginia Charles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1302 E Champion St, Edinburg, TX 78539). The inurnment was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78541).
