It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberto P. Ramirez of Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Ramirez and Rafaela Ramirez; and his wife Perfecta G. Ramirez. He is survived by: his children, Marivel R. Garza (Fred), Jerry Lee Ramirez and Robert P. Ramirez Jr. (Idalia); his grandchildren, Carlos Lee Garza (Alejandra), Kassandra Renee Balli (Bryan), Corina Aliz Garza, Gloria Lynn Estrada (Dominic) and Anthony Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Arri Odette Garza and Avi Anette Garza; and his siblings, Juan Andres Ramirez, Felix Rafael Ramirez, Santiago Raul Ramirez, Elma Ramirez, Carmen Martinez and Raquel Morales. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
