He is survived by: his father Adolfo Alvarez Sr.; his children, Richard Alvarez II (Tosha Alvarez), Austin Alvarez, Aaron Alvarez and Adrian Alvarez; his siblings, Adolfo 'Al Alvarez, Alfredo "Perry" Alvarez (Juanita M. Alvarez), Arturo Alvarez, Albert Alvarez, Mary Jane Garcia (Danny Garcia), Adriana Gonzales (Sam Gonzales), Annette Alvarez and Alice Martinez; and his grandchild Klayton Alvarez. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
