He was predeceased by: his parents, Refugio Marmolejo Sr. and Julia Marmolejo; and his sisters, Juanita Marmolejo and Alice Marmolejo. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Marmolejo; his children, Ana Alicia Marmolejo, Cynthia Marmolejo Garza (Nick) and Daniel Refugio Marmolejo (Monique); his siblings, Juan Marmolejo (Yanira), Richard Marmolejo (Deyanira), Maria Elena Herrera, Virginia Aleman (Oscar), Raul Marmolejo (Sandra) and Diana Puente (Jaime); and his grandchildren, Haley Joelle Salazar, Lindsey Leal, Darius Daniel Marmolejo, Jayda Renee Marmolejo and Janaylah Rae Marmolejo.
