He is survived by: his children, Rafael Garcia III, Casandra Alcala (Alberto), Rolando Garcia, Ismael Garcia, Nathaly Garcia and Ariyzel Garcia; his grandchildren, Daleyza, Genaro, Dalanny and Alyandra; his mother Maria Luisa Garcia; and his siblings, Edgar, Javier, Oscar, Omar and Maricela Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
