He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Rivas Aguilar; and his siblings, Eddie Aguilar Sr., Chris Aguilar, Jose Aguilar and Cipriano Aguilar.
He is survived by: his daughter Carmen Linda Aguilar; and his grandchildren, Martin Albert Hernandez, Michael Austin Hernandez Dumas and Brianna Abelia Hernandez Dumas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78541).
