He is survived by: his wife Melva Rodriguez Garcia; and his children, Edna Hortencia Guerrero (Sergio), Wilbert De Alejandro Garcia (Edna Colion), Oscar Matthew Garcia (Nicolette Rodriguez) and Carlos Tonathew Garcia. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
