He is survived by: his wife Eunim Eva Pagan; his children, Andrew Yoo (Maggie) and Nicole Lynn Orrell; his grandchildren, Valerie Yoo, Ethan Yoo, Tristan Yoo, Megan Yoo, Amanda Leigh Orrell and Brance Reed Orrell; and his siblings, Robert Pagan and Carmen Gardner.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Edinburg Seventh Day Adventist Church (602 W Wisconsin Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
