With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Lydia Bazan (Edinburg, Texas), who passed away on February 3, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Maria Escobar and Ninfa Victoria Garza Escobar; and her brother Manuel Maria Escobar, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Jorge Bazan, Jr. (Berenice); her granddaughters, Sara Fernanda and Maryam Adeline; and her brothers, Homero Escobar, Heron Escobar (Bradford L. Hood) and Roberto Escobar.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to the Comfort House, 617 Dallas Ave, McAllen, TX 78501.
