She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Barrera Ortiz; and her parents, Marcos Mariscal and Ana Cisneros. She is survived by: her children, Jose Alejandro Barrera (Jaqueline), Yoahanna Yanet Barrera (Leonardo Lopez), Brenda Crystal Torres (Christian) and Connie Karen Granados (Marco); her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jose, Adriann, James, Marco Jr., Matthias and Murphy; and her siblings, Juan Mariscal, Socorro Contreras, Gume Mariscal, Marcos Mariscal, Cruz Mariscal and Cirilo Mariscal. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
