He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frost Neeley and Dorothy Jane Nordberg Neeley; his siblings, Stephen Neeley, Daniel Neeley and Martha Neeley; and his nephew Charley Neeley.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Louise Neeley; his children, Melissa Ann Neeley, Matthew Howard Neeley, Michael Brian Neeley, Robert Kenneth Neeley and Christopher Mark Neeley; his grandchildren, Isabella Marie McEvoy, Jessica Mia McEvoy, Luke Donovan Neeley and Ava Elizabeth Neeley; and his siblings, Robert Michael Neeley, Christopher David Neeley, John Gregory Neeley, Leslie Anne Neeley, Arthur Elliott Neeley and Mary Melissa Frasquieri.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
