She was predeceased by: her parents, Luciano Cepeda and Maria Valentina Cepeda; and her siblings, Bertha Jimenez, Luciano Cepeda and Beneberto Cepeda.
She is survived by: her husband Salvador Gonzalez; her children, Salvador Gonzalez Sr. (Manuela), Rosa Josefina Cantu (Oscar), Maria Imelda Rios (Romulo), Juan Antonio Gonzalez, Bertha Alicia Ortiz (Juan Carlos) and Jesus Gonzalez (Mirna Lorena); and her sisters, Maria De Hoyos and Juanita Lopez. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
