He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ramon Villarreal, Martina Rodriguez, Federico Cantu and Sylvia Cantu; and his uncle Federico Cantu Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Ramon Abel Villarreal and Violeta Cantu; and his siblings, Michael Villarreal, David Villarreal, Raemon Villarreal, Aaron J. Villarreal, Samantha Villarreal, Isabel Villarreal, Rodrigo Leija and Jesus Leija. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
