He is survived by: his brother Herminio Jose Perez of Holland, Michigan.; his siblings-in-law, Pam Perez, Shirley Perez, Mary Ann Perez and Eleno Torres of Holland, Michigan.; his nieces and nephews, Rosie Vasquez (Alberto), Roberto Perez, Eleazar Perez (Blanca) and Humberto Perez (Meredith Sobel); and his caregivers, Cristela Arroyo, Laura Ortiz, Maria Rodriguez, Veronica Rocha, Petra, Angel Perez, Gisela Garcia and Arturo Ramirez. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephew's and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brown Family Funeral Home (701 E Interstate Hwy 2, Mission, TX 78572). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
