We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, at the age of 76, Jose B. Leal of Edinburg, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maria F. Leal; his parents, Nicolas Leal and Bernardina Benavides; and his brothers, Pedro, Juan and Gilbert Leal.
He is survived by: his children, Rigoberto Leal, Ana Morales, Alex Leal (Mariana) and David Leal; his grandchildren, Rebecca Adalee Gonzalez, Giovanna R. Dominique Leal, Dorian D'Metrio Leal and Genavie D-Ann Morales; his great grandchild Marshall James Martinez; and his siblings, Hortencia Leal, Raquel Flores, Isaura Cisneros, Norma Casares, Viola Hinojosa and Oscar Leal.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (501 E Kuhn St, Edinburg, TX 78541). A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78542).
