He is survived by: his parents, Jesus Gutierrez, Jr. and Josefina Jimenez Gutierrez; his son Noah Kaiden Gutierrez; his granddaughter Ava Sha Cavazos; and his brothers, Javier Gutierrez (Oneida) and John Michael Gutierrez. He is also survived by his family, friends.
