He is survived by: his parent Guadalupe Salinas Garza; his wife Anabel Leal Garza; his children, Anahi Garza, Hector Hugo Garza, Jr. and Arely Garza; his father Federico Garza, Sr.; and his siblings, Federico Garza, Jr. (Laura), Jose Luis Garza (Norma), Maricela Salinas (Antonio) and Maribel Salinas. He is also survived by his family, friends.
