He was predeceased by: his former wife Consuelo Pequeno; his parents, Jose Pequeno and Consuelo Pequeno; and his siblings, Oralia Trevino, Mario Pequeno, Jesus Pequeno and Jose "Pepe" Pequeno.
He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Pequeno; his children, Ubaldo Pequeno (Norma), Rosa Maria Pequeno and Diana Sanchez (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Jacob, David, Ubaldo Jr., Alexis, Anelle, Arianna and Marco Antonio; his great grandchildren, Aria, Alexander, Scarlett, Hunter, Emery and Austin; and his siblings, Olivia Trevino, Esperanza Ireta, Dolores Govea, Ruben Pequeno, Juan Manuel Pequeno, Consuelo Charles, Irma Bawden and Serafin Pequeno. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (501 E Kuhn St, Edinburg, TX 78541). A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Valley Memorial Gardens (3605 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573).
