She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben Garcia; her granddaughter Lyzza Llenne Castillo; and her parents, Juan Rodriguez and Vicenta Rodriguez. She is survived by: her children, Elvia Garcia Jones (Jimmy Jack), Yolanda Garcia Leverman (Mark) and Ruben Garcia Jr. (Olivia); her sisters-in-law, Minerva De La Rosa, Irma Courteener, Lydia Salinas (Alfredo) and Rachel Requenez (Hermilo); and also Arturo Garcia of Edinburg.
