He is survived by: his children, Aida Garcia (Mario) of Edinburg, Elma Carrera (Santana) of Edinburg and Federico "Freddy" Prado Jr. of Edinburg; his grandson Federico "Trey" Prado III; and his siblings, Encarnacion "Chon" Prado and Guadalupe "Lupita" Cruz of Edinburg.
