She was predeceased by: her parents, Diego Cantu and Celia Cantu; her son Leroy Salinas; and her siblings, Diego Cantu, Catalina Cantu, Cristina Longoria and Joaquina Vela.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Caro (Isac) and Jonathan Salinas (Abby); her siblings, David Miguel Cantu (Viola) and Corina Garza; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Caro, Kassidy Caro, Mason Caro, Jon-Nathan Salinas, Avery Salinas and Leia Salinas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
