She is survived by: her husband Juan Hernandez Sr.; her children, Juan Hernandez Jr. (Elena), Jose Luis Hernandez (Vicky), Javier Hernandez (Engie), Jaime Hernandez, Elvia H. Guerrero (Luis), Elizabet Green (Ajani) and Joel Hernandez; her daughter-in-law Lucy Hernandez; her grandchildren, Johnny, Joe Jr., Cassy (Jake), Elizette, Julian Jr., Jacob, Kimberly, Javier Jr., Luis, Gerardo, Zaniyah and Ziomara; and her siblings, Aurora, Armandina, Pedro, Petra and Yolanda.
