With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eliberto L. De Leon of Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Angelita R. De Leon. He is survived by: his children, Arnoldo De Leon (Sally), Irene Rodriguez (Reuben), Celia De Leon, Jorge De Leon, Norma Guerrero (Javier), Israel De Leon (Mary), Mario De Leon (Genoveva), Rachel Narro (Randy) and Ismael De Leon (Maria). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (501 E Kuhn St, Edinburg, TX 78541). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78542).
