It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eduardo Lopez of Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Macedonio Lopez and Felicita Ramirez-Salazar; and his stepbrother Santos Salazar Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz P. Lopez; his children, Eduardo Lopez Jr. (Eusebia Z.), Macedonio Lopez and Melba Amaya (Donato); his siblings, Ana Maria Puente, Sofia Balderas, Santiago Salazar, Sara Contreras and Silvia Watson (Walter); and his grandchildren, Melissa Alanis (Felipe), Eduardo Lopez III (Heidi), Joshua Amaya (Nora), Jenna Amaya (Gabriel Moyer), Alexandria Lopez and Adriana Lopez. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
