He was predeceased by: his parents, David Smith and Virginia Smith; and his brother Richard Clark Smith. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Smith; his sons, Casey Smith (Leena) and James Smith (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Parker, Hayden, Kyle, McKenzie and Clark.
