It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Renteria (Edinburg, Texas), who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Jesus Renteria, Sr. and Maria Anita Gomez Renteria; her son Jonathon Mendez (Xylia Gonzalez); her siblings, Jesus "Jesse" Renteria, Jr. (Eva Benavidez), Hector Renteria and Hilda Trevino (Alfredo); and her grandsons, Demarion J. Mendez and Lorenzo R. Mendez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
