He is survived by: his wife Sonia Dempsey; his children, Sophia Elena Dempsey and Oliver Connor Dempsey; his parents, Steve Dempsey and Joetta Dempsey; his brother Tyler Douglas Dempsey (Heidi); his father-in-law Javier Sepulveda; his siblings-in-law, Javier Sepulveda Jr. (Cindy), Sergio Sepulveda (Olga Margarita Salinas) and Denisse Gonzalez Jr. (Jose Luis); his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Mariaelena, Elena, Austin and Javier III; his uncle Gary Dempsey; and his cousin Chirs Dempsey (Alysha).
