He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Ochoa and Soledad Ochoa; and his father-in-law Florentino Ybarra Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Orfelinda Ochoa; his children, Orlando Ochoa (Brenda) and Amanda Lorena Randles (William); his grandchildren, Justin Hunter Ochoa, Lauren Avery Ochoa and Ashley Nicole Randles; his sisters, Estella Reyes and Yolanda Salaiz (Abel); and his mother-in-law Ofelia Ybarra. He is also survived by sisters -in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1302 E Champion St, Edinburg, TX 78539). A burial will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78542).
