He is survived by: his children, Andy Rodriguez (Ileana), Ralph Rodriguez (Nancy), Rose Ortega and James Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Nichol Gonzalez (Carlos), Ralph Rodriguez Jr. (Johana), James Rodriguez (Clarissa), Christopher Rodriguez (Michelle), Michael Rodriguez, David Ortega and Aaron Rodriguez (Desirae); and his great grandchildren, Isela, Alondra, Gabi, Eli and Alayna. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces.
