He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam N. Turner and Ethel May Nelson Turner; his siblings, Leroy Turner, Harvey Turner, Royce Turner, Thelma Brown and Faye Fritz; and his stepson David Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Willadene Turner of Edgewood; his children, Shirley Ranken (Ellis) of Farmers Branch, TX, Linda Willis (Richard) of Garland, TX and Alan Turner (Lisa) of Allen, TX; his stepson Daniel Stone, Sr. (Holly) of Lufkin, TX; and his brother Paul Turner (Ruby) of Edgewood, TX. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
