He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Erwin and Willie Christene Hendrix; and his grandson Kyle Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson Erwin of Edgewood; his children, Marty Jones of Edgewood, Brody Erwin of Corsicana, Brandon Erwin of Sulphur Springs, Quince Erwin (Holly) of Myrtle Springs, Tressa Hardin (David) of Neches and Christi Jones of Edgewood; and his sister Pattye Tadlock (Russell) of Forney. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
