It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vida Coker of Edgewood, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Veay Lee Pogue and Gracie Evelyn Moore Pogue; and her husband B. C. Coker, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Melody Barrett; her son-in-law Larry of Canton, TX; her grandchildren, Tasha Danielle Jones and Grayson Lee Jones; and her siblings, Larry Pogue, Paul Pogue (Judy) and Lynn Chambers. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
