She is survived by: her children, David W. Starnes (Peggy), John E. Starnes (Karla) and Amy Starnes Winn (Scott); her grandchild Canaan Starnes; her children, Eden Starnes Kirk (Ford), Jordan Starnes, Jacob Starnes and Justin Starnes; and her nieces and nephews, Nancy Tarver Tahaney, Mary Tarver Wilson (Chris), Barbara J Whitmire Henderson (Vaughan), Keith Whitmire and John Whitmire (Kristina).
