Shelby; her daughter Donna Kines (Howell) of Edgewood; her sister Martha Childress (Douglas) of Idabell, OK; her daughter-in-law Helen Shelby of Edgewood; her grandchildren, Amy Shelby, Asa Shelby, Fannie Knox (Paul), Shelby Hodges (Matt), Shayne Kines and Jamie Maxwell; her great grandchildren, Justin Shelby (Audrey), Luke Phillips, Blake Shelby, Alex Phillips, Lillie Hodges and Isabella Shelby; and her great great grandchild Carl Shelby.
